Privacy Policy

1. In compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) guideline, we require all Hirers to consent to the collection of personal information for processing any of our application and services.
   

2. In accordance with Section 3.1/B3.13/B of the Singapore’s IMDA Advisory Guideline on PDPA for collection of NRICs issued on 31/08/18, we are continuing with the collection and use of NRIC numbers / Foreign Identification Numbers (“FIN”)/ Work Permit Numbers for identity verification purposes. This is to better protect Hirer from fraudulent impersonation.
   

3. All documents, data and other materials provided by Us to the Hirer are Our property. Hirer shall not:
   3.a. Use or disclose such documents, data and other materials to any third party.
   3.b. Use any such documents, data and other materials for any business not conducted with Us.
   

4. All information and data exchanged between Us and Hirer, unless stated otherwise in the contract, shall be treated as trade secrets and kept confidential. We undertake proper measures to safeguard privacy and will not disclose any personal data to third parties or entities without consent. However, we reserve the right to mention Hirer's name, company, or project related to the equipment usage, along with any published content, for promotional purposes on our online platforms and in marketing or public relations materials.
