Privacy Policy

  1. In accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2018 Advisory guidelines issued on 31/08/18, Section 3.1 to 3.16, we require Hirers and its agents (“Individuals”, “Guarantors”, “Lessee”) to consent to the collection of personal information for identity verification purposes. This is to allow us to implement the necessary applications and services, and protection from any fraudulent activities.

  2. In compliance with the joint Advisory Guideline from Singapore Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and Cyber security Agency of Singapore (CSA) issued on June 2025, NRIC/ FIN Numbers will not be used as a form of password or authentication of individuals.

  3. All documents, data and other materials provided to Us by the Hirer or vice versa are Our property. Hirer and its agents shall not use or disclose such documents, data and other materials to any third-parties, platforms, businesses, and/or entities not conducted with Us.    

  4. In the event of any actual, suspected, or unauthorised access, use, disclosure, loss, or compromise of personal data or confidential information (“Security Breach”), We shall take reasonable steps to contain, assess, and mitigate the impact of such breach:
    4.a. We shall not be liable for any Security Breach arising from the Hirer’s negligence, breach of obligations, or unauthorised acts. 
    4.b. Where required under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we will notify the relevant government authorities and affected individuals within the reasonable timelines.
    4.c. Hirer and its agents agrees to fully cooperate with Us in any investigation or remedial actions relating to a Security Breach, including providing necessary information and assistance as may be reasonably required.

  5. All information and data exchanged between Us and Hirer shall be treated as trade secrets and kept confidential, unless stated otherwise. We undertake reasonable measures to safeguard privacy and will not disclose any personal data to third parties or entities without consent. However, we reserve the right to mention Hirer's name, company, or project related to the usage of our facilities and equipment, along with any published content as promotional purposes for our marketing or public relations.
