You may submit your studio rental inquiry to us. A softbooking can be made if there are no conflicting requests. A quotation will be provided prior to the confirmation of studio rental, detailing the facilities and/or items for rent, the rental period, and any specific requests. A studio site recce may also be arranged prior to your shoot date, subject to availability.

We may offer special tailored packages for long term rental periods or bulk bookings on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Supplementary costs include additional equipment rentals, extended studio hours, cleaning fees, third-party charges, or special requests beyond the initial Quotation. These costs will be issued after the studio rental period and are payable after rental.

Studio Minders are included as part of the Studio Hire, but the Minder fees apply outside of our regular studio hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, and a full-day surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Studio Overtime is based on standard day-rate timing. As overtime can vary, we typically do not recommend offering flat-rate packages, as this allows productions greater flexibility to finish earlier without unnecessary costs incurred. However, for productions with longer shoots, we may offer discounts on supplementary charges, subject to our assessment on a case-by-case basis.

We accept Paynow and Bank transfers. Once the quotation is signed, our finance team will issue an invoice and advise on billing matters.

For Studio One and Studio Two, entrance via roller shutter side door at the rear of Unit No. 15, upon entry from Tampines Industrial Ave 5.
For Studio Three, entrance via the main door facing Tampines Industrial Ave 5.

Yes, our studio spaces may be painted to meet your shoot requirements, but it must be fully reinstated to its original condition after use. You will need to arrange your own painting services. The amount of paint required will depend on the area you intend to cover; we recommend consulting your painter for a more accurate assessment. Standard studio rental charges apply.

Yes, subject to availability. Any request of additional facilities, equipment, production supplies and/or time extension during the studio hire period must be directed to the Hirer in-charge and communicated to the assigned Studio Minder before acquisition. Separate rental charges apply. Any unsolicited use of facilities and items during the hire period will also incur additional charges.

Our studio trusses are an extension of our studio facilities. Any rigging or mounting of Equipment onto our trusses must be carried out safely and responsibly, using appropriate gear and methods. Any requests beyond its intended usage (e.g. suspend people onto the truss) must be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

For safety reasons, any use of flames, fire, or pyrotechnics must be approved by us before the Rental period. Please inform us in advance so we can assess feasibility, safety requirements, and necessary permits. Additional conditions or charges may apply.

Any items within our studio premises intended for use as props will be treated as Equipment Rental. In the event of damage, the maximum charge will be equivalent to the cost of purchasing the item/prop. A reinstatement fee/cleaning fee may apply, subject to our assessment.
Please inform us before using any items, as unauthorised use of props or furniture may also incur additional charges. -
There is a canteen behind our premises, open from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays (closed on Sundays and Public Holidays). Additionally, there is a food court at Giant Tampines Hypermart, just a 10-minute walk away, open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Visitors are encouraged to park in the designated lots behind the canteen. Larger vehicles, such as production trucks, may park in the alleyway beside our studios, as long as they do not obstruct access. The assigned studio minder will be available to advise.

All hired studio and facilities, including areas of usage, must be returned to its original condition or to our satisfaction, including the disposal of all wastes and discards into the appropriate waste bins at the designated dump area or government-approved dump yard. Reinstatement fees and/or cleaning charges may apply.
