* Studio Flexi-Hourly Terms and Conditions

  1. Studio Flexi-Hourly Deals are based on hourly rate, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm, with a minimum rental of two hours.

  2. Studios are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  3. Full payment is required upfront for all confirmed Flexi-Hourly Deal bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. Grace period of 15 minutes before the rental and 15 minutes after rental period will be granted.

  5. A Studio Minder will be assigned during the Flexi-Hourly Deal hire period at no extra charge.

  6. Electric tariff will not be charged during the studio hire period.

  7. Time extensions are subject to availability and approval.

  8. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

  9. Standard payment terms and charges, cancellation policies apply.

  10. All studio hire terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to amend these charges at our discretion.
